After reading some more info on Rauschenberg , I ran into this site Vernissage.tv. I’ve noticed the proliferation of sites like this that use content distributed by RSS feeds. I found about 2000 listed, about 100 in the US, many are TV station, university, or special interest affiliated and not all of them have continuous content. And then there are the clearinghouse sites that just link to all of the content like Jumptv.com, and NeepTV.com. The best distribution through outlets like Itunes , so let’s go ahead and get a framework up for managing a videocast and audiocast from contributors on two domains that can pull content in now via rss. I like TWiT.TV, you should pick up thier feed. OS X Leopard will intergrate this heavily with Front Row and I’m sure Vista will have something along the same line.

Jasper Johns
Jasper Johns has been breaking all kinds of auction records for a living artist. I’ve only seen the works at the Metropolitan and I’ve kind of vaguely liked him all along, but the more I learn, the more I like him and Robert Rauschenberg. Jasper Johns guest-starred on an episode of The Simpsons as himself. In the episode, Homer Simpson accidentally becomes an artist, and Johns attends one of his exhibitions. Johns is amusingly portrayed as a kleptomaniac, stealing items of food, lightbulbs and other small items. This was self-referential to Johns’s art career, as most of his artwork came from everyday household objects.

Moreover, why has that six percent fee remained the same as home priceshave soared, and with new technologies that make brokerage more efficient? Mobile sites
I am going to work on some css files so that we may take some of the sites mobile. I think everyone will adopt a standardized format. Some of the content from the other sites will have to be modified a bit for mobile display. On Ellen the other day (that’s what happens when you work from a home office without cable), Jennifer Aniston said that she loved to house hunt with something called “pocket listings”. I’m sure she was talking about her cell phone or pda and not the term giving to real estate listings that go up on the MLS only after they are sold to investors. Mobile content coming from a server. We got to go mobile with some stuff. I am going to configure a mobile home tour for display on newer cell phones. They are already selling the .mobi extensions through most domain registers.

Daniel Island Mortgage
I finished a project last week for Daniel Island Mortgage. This site is a combination of a bunch of open source and custom javascript, php, html, and css. It worked out beautifully and the design is clean and professional. The site is loaded with back end features to allow the users to modify any of the content and manage files and users. It has been integrated with individual staff blog pages.

Yahoo
I had this discussion about Yahoo yesterday and I noticed that they’re treating my pages much better than Google. I think that they may weigh back linking a bit heavier than content in that regard. I don’t regularly use Yahoo, but I remember when it was my homepage. I remember when it was everyone’s homepage. I originally thought it was just a news service. Yaaa-hooo.
